www.gagalaboratorio.com is the website of Manufacture Gaga’ SA (hereinafter Our Company), with registered office in Via Clemente Maraini, 13 Lugano (Switzerland). Our company manages the websites www.gagalaboratorio.com (hereinafter ‚Our web platform). Manufacture Gaga’ SA (hereinafter “the Data Controller”) is the data controller of the personal data collected also through our web platform.

What are the purposes of using your data

Your personal data will be processed, for the purposes described below, mainly with IT tools. To facilitate understanding we divide them into:

NECESSARY Consent

N1) Fulfillment of a request by you: necessary to follow up on your requests. Our company also collects your contact data via our web platform in order to respond to your requests, also sharing, only if strictly necessary, the strictly necessary information with our company’s staff but also with suppliers/related companies that can act as independent data controllers exclusively after issuing their own information.

N2) Sale of our products / services: to manage the sale of our products / services also through our web platform. Our company collects your personal data if you purchase a product / service also through our web platform. Our company may also use this information to identify and resolve any technical or other issues relating to the provision of the products / services purchased. If a video recording and/or photographic shooting service is provided during our events, our company may collect Immagine’s data, without paying any compensation, in order to publish them on our social channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ) or dissemination in the press in local, national or international newspapers. 

F4) External promotional purpose: to provide you with news and/or promotional offers / discounts / information relating to the purchase of products offered by other companies in our group and/or our partner companies.

Legitimate INTEREST

L1) The personal data collected for the purposes referred to in point N1) may also be processed for the further purpose of verifying the effectiveness of the response to your requests, so as to improve the service provided to its customers. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of our company in order to evaluate the degree of effectiveness of the responses to customer requests so as to verify that the quality standards of the services comply with those set by our company in the interest of customers themselves.

L2) Support for the sale and assistance of our products / services: to provide you with support during the sale and/or assistance of one of our products / services it may be necessary to use your personal data. In this case we will use them exclusively to provide you with the assistance/sales you request

L3) The personal data collected for the purposes referred to in point L2) could also be processed, in order to execute your requests, with our suppliers / associated companies who can act as independent data controllers after issuing their own information.

L4) If you are a journalist, your contact details may be processed to inform you about activities carried out by our company that may have journalistic relevance.
